Terms of Use
These terms cover the public website, WixPie Online and related companion tools without subscriptions or payment terms.
Effective date: 26 August 2026.
1. Provider and acceptance
The service provider is WixPie.com, a Dutch sole proprietorship trading as T4P, established in Gouda, the Netherlands, and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 62728237. By using WixPie you agree to the published terms.
2. Permitted use
You may use WixPie to create, inspect and maintain installer projects for lawful purposes. You must comply with applicable law, third-party rights, software licences and security requirements that apply to your projects and distribution. You must be at least 16 years old to register an account independently; younger visitors may use WixPie anonymously under the responsibility of a parent or guardian.
3. Intellectual property
WixPie, its interface, branding and supplied content remain owned by their respective rights holders. Your own project content remains yours, subject to any third-party components and licences you include. To provide and protect the service, you give WixPie a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, process and back up that content. This permission is limited to those purposes and does not transfer ownership.
4. Your installers and testing responsibility
You are responsible for the installer definitions, files, scripts, permissions and actions you configure. Generated XML, builds or installation packages may contain errors or behave differently across systems. You must review the output, use appropriate code signing, test installation, upgrade, repair and removal paths, and maintain reliable backups before distribution.
5. No guarantee of error-free output
WixPie is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. There is no guarantee that generated installer files are complete, secure, suitable for a specific purpose or always error-free. Mandatory consumer or statutory rights are not excluded.
6. Misuse
You must not use WixPie to distribute malware, gain unauthorised access, interfere with the service, evade security controls, overload infrastructure, infringe rights or create deceptive installers. Automated use that materially harms availability may be limited.
7. Availability and changes
The service may be changed, interrupted or discontinued for maintenance, security or product reasons. Planned maintenance may occasionally affect availability. Important changes should be communicated where practical.
8. Suspension or termination
Access may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements or material breaches. Where appropriate, users should receive notice and a reasonable opportunity to export their data, unless doing so would create a legal or security risk.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, WixPie is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data or business. This does not limit liability where the law does not allow a limitation.
10. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable mandatory law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer or other statutory rights.
